unclean sink dirty bathroom
the staff seemed friendly enough during check in.
My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I noticed several hairs in the bathroom and the sink was not wiped down.

spacious room clean room flavorless curry unripe bananas
the room was spacious and clean.
The curry i had for dinner lacked flavor, and the dessert included store-bought meringue. The same frozen fruit looked at breakfast, even the bananas were unripe.

updated machines clean pool attentive staff
The hotel gym features up-to-date machines ensuring a quality workout. The pool area looks very clean and well maintained. Staff show a love for their jobs. This makes the entire experience much better.
I had trouble with the room key when I arrived.

ample parking spacious room bright decor comfortable bed
The hotel offered ample parking space. Check-in was smooth with a friendly welcome. The room was very spacious. I found a fan in the wardrobe. Windows could be opened for ventilation. The bright decor stood out. The bed was quite comfortable.
There was no welcome desk with a staff member at the entrance. This felt impersonal.

unresponsive remote loud bathroom fan
the breakfast filled me up.
my room felt pretty outdated. i found the tv remote unresponsive and the bathroom fan was excessively loud, it sounded like a truck. the overall experience fell short of what i'd hoped for.

The gym had recently been refurbished and doubled in size. The pool area also included a steam room and sauna. Breakfast offered a big choice and tasted very good.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. they offered a more accessible room when the lift broke down. i could use the service lift. the waiting staff helped us with directions.
